Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of J-Cubed Agent OS ("Agent OS", "the Service"), operated by J Cubed Marketing & Automation LLC ("J Cubed", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Short version: Agent OS is a private tool we issue to our staff and clients. Keep your login safe, use it for its intended purpose, check the AI's work before you act on it, and your data stays yours.

1. Who may use Agent OS

Agent OS is invitation only. There is no public sign-up. Accounts are issued directly by J Cubed to our staff and to clients whose AI agents we operate. You may use the Service only under an account we issued to you, and only for the organisation it was issued for.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Tell us promptly at hello@j3marketing.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully, or to produce unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
Attempt to access another user's account, data or connected accounts.
Probe, scan, disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure, or bypass any access control.
Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written permission.
Upload material you do not have the right to upload, or that contains data you are not permitted to process.

4. Connected third-party accounts

Agent OS lets you connect third-party accounts — for example Google Calendar — so the agents can do their work. Connecting is always your choice and always revocable.

You confirm you are entitled to connect the account and to let us access the data in it.
Your use of those third-party services stays governed by their terms, not ours.
You can disconnect at any time in Agent OS, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google accounts. Doing so revokes our access.
What we access and how we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. AI-generated output

Agent OS produces output using AI models. That output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat it as a draft prepared by an assistant, not as a finished decision.

Review agent output before you send, publish or act on it. You remain responsible for what you do with it.
Nothing produced by Agent OS is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Similar prompts may produce different results; output is not guaranteed to be unique or reproducible.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide or connect. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us the limited right to process it only as needed to operate the Service for you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use data from connected Google accounts for advertising or to train generalised AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
On request, or when your account ends, we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Agent OS available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the Service temporarily unavailable. Where a change is material and we can reasonably give notice, we will.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, or where the underlying client engagement ends. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and connected accounts should be disconnected.

9. Disclaimer

Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J Cubed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date above, and for material changes we will give notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use Agent OS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
